I am sure I am signed up to the website but can't access the eShop
There could be a number of reasons. Access to the eShop is given manually so sometimes, depending on how busy our web team it is, we'd like to ask you to allow us a processing time of 3 days to check your details and approve your access to the eShop. Should you not be able to log in after that time, please let us know
