By accepting our merchandise, you are accepting our terms and conditions.

The goods remain the property of the vendor until fully paid for and the purchaser accepts full liability.

Freight and taxes are not included in prices unless stated.

Offshore purchases are free of GST.

Salon prices are suggestions and may be varied without risking sanctions.

CAUTION

Goods cannot be returned without prior authorisation. Damaged goods must be advised on day of receipt.

Returns for credit must be advised within 7 days of invoice date.

Goods prone to pollution, opened or partly used, will not be accepted for credit.

Returned goods are subject to 20% restock charge or 50% repack charge.

Terms and conditions are copyright. Transmission or reproduction must be approved.

Pre-payment is required with orders except COD where permitted and 30 day credit to approved accounts.

FREIGHT AND DESPATCH

Orders are dispatched in sequence as received. 

Same day processing is not available. 

Back orders are dispatched freight free. 

Goods are dispatched by signature required courier. 

Penalty charges apply for second and subsequent delivery attempts. 

Goods are sent by Signature not required when buyers cannot guarantee a signature will be supplied on first delivery attempt, or when special offers include delivery by post. 

Deliveries are sent at the buyers risk. 

Freight charges are extra unless specified and are dependent on destination and class of goods.

RECEIPT OF GOODS AND STORAGE

The purchaser assures the vendor that goods are stored in suitable, temperature regulated environment.

The purchaser assures the vendor that flammable and corrosive goods are stored in conformation with dangerous goods regulations.

The purchaser assures the vendor that all goods are stored out of reach of children.

Supply is subject to availability.

The company reserves the right to refuse supply.
