NOTICE: Changes to Rapid Bond tubes
Once again we need to advise you of changes to the Rapid bond tubes.
The manufacturers have now reverted to the early style tubes and re-branded as Dashing Diva Fast Bond.
The re-branding is due to the launching of Dashing Diva Professional Gelife which is a revolutionary UV gel system.
The adhesive is still the same formulation, simply with a new name.
Usage
You will need to remove the nozzle and pierce the foil seal in order to allow the glue to exude.
Please remember your training in the use of Rapid Bond (now Fast Bond). Hold the tube upright with the nozzle downward, then place your fingers on the white section at the nozzle end of the tube and squeeze gently to extrude the glue. NEVER SQUEEZE THE TUBE FROM THE BOTTOM. In this way you can prevent the tube from oozing. You may squeeze the bottom of the tube in order to move glue upward toward the nozzle and in doing so, excess air will be burped from the tube. DO NOT ROLL THE END OF THE TUBE.
Ensure between each nail application to lay the tube down with the nozzle facing toward you at the top of your wipe, not touching the residue Fast Bond that has been wiped off with the swipie.
When you have finished all 10 nails, place the finger on top of the nozzle, squeeze tube gently at the bottom to move the Fast Bond up into the nozzle then, turn the tube on it’s side, squeeze gently to exude the air from the tube, the Fast Bond should recede back down the tube slightly (about 5mm). This will prevent oozing. Replace lid immediately.
Any Rapid Bond which gets onto the outside of the tube will harden, and will result in splitting of the casing when the tube is squeezed.
Please note in the Dashing Diva range on the Salons Group website that TAILOR BOND brush-on glue is entirely suitable for Prescription Nails.
